2. How we use your information

We use your information to confirm and schedule your pickup, estimate volume and price, dispatch and text the crew assigned to you, issue receipts, respond to your questions, and follow up about service quality.

We may send you service messages about a booking you made. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and every optional message includes a way to stop receiving them.

3. Photo uploads

Photos you send are used solely to estimate the volume and type of material to be removed. They are not published without your permission and are deleted on request — just email support@1844huljunk.com.

4. How we share information

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the crew assigned to your job, and with the service providers we use to run the business — for example email delivery, scheduling and payment processing — each of which may use it only to perform that service for us.

We may disclose information when required by law, to comply with a subpoena or lawful request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, crew or company.

5. Payment data

Card payments are processed by our payment provider at the time of service. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

6. Data retention and security

We keep job records for as long as needed for tax, insurance and warranty purposes, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@1844huljunk.com or calling 1-844-HUL-JUNK. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time. Opting out does not affect messages needed to complete a booking you made.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
