1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any junk removal, cleanout, hauling or light demolition service provided by 1-844-HUL-JUNK ("we", "us"). By booking online, calling, or allowing our crew to perform work, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and arrival windows

Online bookings and phone reservations hold a two-hour arrival window, not an exact time. We text or call before arrival. Traffic, weather, and prior jobs can shift a window; we will contact you as soon as we know.

Submitting a booking request does not by itself create a binding service contract until we confirm availability for your date, window and service area.

3. Quotes and pricing

Prices are based on the volume your items occupy in our truck, plus any applicable heavy-material surcharge (for example concrete, brick, dirt, tile or roofing). Any price quoted online, by phone, or from a photo is an estimate.

The binding price is the written or verbal on-site quote our crew gives you before loading begins. That price is all-inclusive of labor, loading, transportation, recycling and disposal fees unless we state otherwise in writing. You may decline the quote at no charge.

Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and common digital wallets. No payment is required upfront.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule at any time before the crew arrives at no cost by calling 1-844-HUL-JUNK. If our crew arrives and no one is available to provide access or approve the job, we may charge a trip fee to cover travel time.

5. Prohibited and restricted items

We cannot accept hazardous or regulated materials, including paint, solvents, fuels, oils, pool or lawn chemicals, asbestos, propane or pressurized tanks, ammunition, explosives, biohazard or medical waste, and any material whose disposal is prohibited by Florida or federal law.

If prohibited materials are discovered in a load, we may refuse those items or return them, and you remain responsible for their lawful disposal. We are happy to direct you to a local household hazardous-waste facility.

6. Your responsibilities

You represent that you own the items to be removed, or that you are authorized by the owner to have them removed, and that removal does not violate any lease, HOA rule, court order or lien.

Please remove valuables, documents, keys, medication and personal data from items before pickup. Once items leave your property they are typically donated, recycled or disposed of the same day and cannot be recovered.

7. Property and liability

We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation, and our crews take reasonable care to protect floors, walls, doorways and landscaping. Report any alleged damage to us within 48 hours of service so we can inspect and resolve it.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear from normal removal of oversized items through tight spaces, damage caused by structural or hidden defects, or for items you asked us to remove that you later wish returned.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Photos and marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of the work area for quality control and, in de-identified form, for marketing. Tell your crew or email us and we will exclude your job from any marketing use.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you book governs your job. Florida law governs these terms, and venue for any dispute lies in Palm Beach County, Florida.
